About
My ambition is to create and help a community of like-minded people who want to improve how they feel, stay flexible, agile and strong, now and as we get older, benefitting our overall well-being.
Come and join my classes and we can grow taller and stronger together!

“Luci is not just a fantastic pilates teacher but a cheerleader. Her positive spin on daily life is so inclusive and genuine that everyone in the class adopts a real ‘can do’ attitude. Luci’s wonderful warm nature only adds to the sessions and you leave each class on a real high” - Rebecca
Above all else, I want my classes to be fun, relaxing and beneficial to you.
You will be ‘in the moment’ as we focus on breathing and moving with precision and controlled flow. Over time you will strengthen your core, elongate your muscles, feel leaner and grow taller.
You’re in safe hands! I’ve personally practised Pilates since 2004 and am a qualified Pilates teacher, committed to continued development training and a member of the Body Control Pilates Association (who have a reputation for providing high quality, safe and effective classes).
Classes are via Zoom and face to face in the broad Chichester, Petworth and Pulborough areas. My classes are inclusive and there are different classes for different abilities, needs and experience levels.

“I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend Luci as a Pilates teacher - she has such a calm and warm approach when it comes to instructing, and she really ensures that you are clear on all movements and positions so you never need to worry about doing anything wrong. In only a few sessions, I can already notice such an improvement in my core strength and I thoroughly look forward to our lessons, I always leave feeling relaxed yet accomplished” - Lisa
“Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.”

Pilates is a mental and physical body-conditioning programme that uses exercises to change the way in which we use our bodies. It aims to improve muscle recruitment patterns by restoring good postural alignment and natural normal movement.
Through regular practice, we become aware of a better way to move. The repetition of these low impact and full body movement patterns during a Pilates session will encourage moving in this way in our daily lives.
In turn it will reduce the risk of injury and fatigue, keeping us healthier and moving better now and critically as we get older.
Concentration and focus on the breathing pattern and controlled flow keeps your mind in the moment which helps with relaxation.
Pilates can be tailored for anyone and everyone, young or old, whether you exercise regularly or not. Once the principles have been mastered, the benefits last a lifetime! Go grab your mat and join me for a session!

‘By all means, never fail to get all the sunshine and fresh air you can.’
