Beginners
Aimed at beginners, these classes are for those with minimal experience and clients who continue to be comfortable with this level. We’ll focus on the key fundamentals of Body Control Pilates.
These classes will develop your awareness of correct alignment, your use of breath and connecting to your centre to aid core stability. Think of them as an ongoing introduction to the Pilates method, they are low impact and suitable for all fitness levels.
With a focus on fun you will finish feeling rested and positive.
If you’ve never taken a Pilates class before you will need to attend a Beginners Workshop. There will be no charge for this when you book your first block of classes!

Wednesdays:
6.00pm - 7.00pm Pulborough Village Hall, Swan View, Lower Street, Pulborough, RH20 2BF
Thursdays:
6.45pm - 7.45pm The Pavilion, Chichester, PO19 6WD
Prices:
Face to Face £10 per 1hr class when booking a block of six classes (never miss a class - you can swap to another class if you can’t make a booked one). £12 per 1hr class if you choose to pay-as-you-go.
Zoom £9 per 1hr class, pay-as-you-go.
