Have a look through the different Pilates classes I offer in and around the Chichester, Petworth and Pulborough areas. If you need any help drop me a line. I can customise classes too, so if you don’t see what you’re looking for let me know.

Classes are available via Zoom or face to face, whatever suits you best.

Beginners Classes

Beginners

Aimed at beginners, these classes are for those with minimal experience and clients who continue to be comfortable with this level. We’ll focus on the key fundamentals of Body Control Pilates. 

These classes will develop your awareness of correct alignment, your use of breath and connecting to your centre to aid core stability. Think of them as an ongoing introduction to the Pilates method, they are low impact and suitable for all fitness levels. 

With a focus on fun you will finish feeling rested and positive.

If you’ve never taken a Pilates class before you will need to attend a Beginners Workshop. There will be no charge for this when you book your first block of classes!

Mixed Ability Classes

Mixed Ability

Progressing through the levels of the Body Control Pilates basic mat-work method, we’ll focus on continual improvement of precision, flow, core strength and stamina, with classes tailored to incorporate individuals personal goals in a group setting.

Ideal for clients familiar with Pilates, who wish to improve and develop their technique, range of movement and continual core strengthening.

You are welcome to join a free taster session, before committing to a block booking.

One to Ones

I tailor these sessions 1oo% for what you need. Whether that’s just beginning on your Pilates journey or you’re looking to create S.M.A.R.T. (deep breath - specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, timeframe, specific) goals. Whatever you need, the focus is always on your progression, enjoyment and ambition.

Since they’re tailored for you, my one to ones are ideal for beginners or mixed abilities and are suitable for all fitness levels.

Wake Up with Luna

Some of us are early birds and some of us just aren’t. I am. There’s nothing I like more than starting my day (before the mayhem of responsibility kicks in), with a dedicated Pilates stretch session.

It simply sets me up for the day. I feel more awake, flexible, focussed and content - ready to take on whatever lays ahead.

These low impact sessions are for clients with some Pilates experience, will only take half an hour of your time and you will get payback for the whole day.

Starting at 6.30am, Monday to Friday, always via Zoom. You don’t need to book a block (but you can if you want to), just use the link below to give me 24hrs notice.

Runners & Cyclists

Pilates can have huge benefits for everyone engaging in sport, whatever level. From weekend warriors to marathon runners and cyclists gunning for personal bests, using Pilates alongside your existing training can reduce the risk of injury, reduce fatigue and aid recovery - helping you to perform at your best and get more enjoyment.

Whilst all Pilates will be of benefit to runners and cyclists, there are certain exercises that will focus on particular anatomical demands. I’ll soon be launching separate classes customised and designed specifically for runners and cyclists.

Prices

Beginners and Mixed Ability:

Face to Face £10 per 1hr class when booking a block of six classes (never miss a class - you can swap to another class if you can’t make a booked one). £12 per 1hr class if you choose to pay-as-you-go.

Zoom £9 per 1hr class, pay-as-you-go.
