I tailor these sessions 1oo% for what you need. Whether that’s just beginning on your Pilates journey or you’re looking to create S.M.A.R.T. (deep breath - specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, timeframe, specific) goals. Whatever you need, the focus is always on your progression, enjoyment and ambition.
Since they’re tailored for you, my one to ones are ideal for beginners or mixed abilities and are suitable for all fitness levels.
Before committing to a class I would always suggest we met to discuss your needs and see if we’re a fit.
