Wake Up with Luna

Some of us are early birds and some of us just aren’t. I am. There’s nothing I like more than starting my day (before the mayhem of responsibility kicks in), with a dedicated Pilates stretch session.

It simply sets me up for the day. I feel more awake, flexible, focussed and content - ready to take on whatever lays ahead.

These low impact sessions are for clients with some Pilates experience, will only take half an hour of your time and you will get payback for the whole day.

Starting at 6.30am, Monday to Friday, always via Zoom. You don’t need to book a block (but you can if you want to), just use the link below to give me 24hrs notice.

Good move! It’s a great way to start your day.

These are Zoom ‘drop in’ sessions. No need to book a block but you will need to book a class at least 24 hours in advance. Please complete the simple form below, with the day and date you want to join me and I’ll reply asap with payment and Zoom details.
